The only reason why people use this app is so they can do the face scan for their 2k that season, I'm on a Google pixel 9 pro. one of the best phones out. I run 60 fps on all my other games. I go to do my face scan. it drops to eight and lower, you can't run a face scan when you can't even see what you're doing and then no matter what the quality check was going to fail. so please update it and fix your mobile app cuz this is ridiculous The face scans have been a thing for over a decade, come on

Face Scan feature doesn't work after several attempts. It will get 11 out of 13 captures but the app freezes and lags, never getting those last 2 needed to upload a face scan. No matter how slowly you move, the app doesn't recognize your attempt to get the last two.

Updating my review for the 3rd time. The last update was August 28th. The game wasn't even released yet. And here we are, almost midway through September, and not an update in sight to fix what is quite possibly the worst app I've ever used. The app has since downgraded every year. There is 0 reason in 2017-18 the $60 Walmart phone I had, completed face scans the first try. Now, it doesn't work at all with a $1200 phone. These reviews with no update, show you do not care.
