games are fun but it seems when you win big or build a large bank, there is very few wins or payouts until you loose most of your money! very predictable that you would respond this way, but anyone that has played on this app for any length of time knows what I mean. I've won big several times, no matter which game I played, then all of a sudden can't get a win on any game until your $$$ is gone! I'm referring to the slots mainly. But then again it might be because I don't purchase anything

Unfortunately, luck isn't always on our side. Although we have thoroughly checked and are positive that our Random Number Generator works properly - randomly - even we sometimes feel like "it's taking too long" to drop a number. However, games based on chance depend totally on chance. That's why we like them, right?

It's obvious that you guys are able to run something on the back-end that makes it so winning is either impossible or where you can't lose. At this time I wouldn't recommend this online casino to anyone I care about because of some shady practices. There are too many other online casino games to choose from nowadays so please be honest and don't use these shady tricks.

We use a random number generator to deal cards, mix decks, drop roulette balls, and form combinations in slots. Our RNG algorithms have been certified by an independent test lab, and all game algorithms comply fully with generally accepted standards.

too many different things on this app, it's very slow to switch, for example, between slots and one of the multiple card games on offer. this is not a complaint, it's my opinion on how the game could be improved.
