Drivers are being picky about where to pick the clients. I'm not impressed to be honest. Where's the accountability for the drivers. More often than not a car with a different make and licence number arrives to pick the client and so security features are lacking

The maps are not accurate sometimes. Most of the drivers can't read maps and don't know the routes. Moreover, majority of drivers usually don't have change , for example if the ride costs 62 and you give 70 normally no change goes back to the passenger.

it's a pretty good app, easy to use and it has a very simple interface, the only downgrade is that sometimes in critical times drivers do no accept the trip, its really annoying. To be perfectly honest the app is amazing, it surely helped me a lot, but although the drivers are nice but they are not reliable, and from every 5 trips I make there are at least one time the driver do not show up in the car shown in the app! that's why I'm giving this a 3 star rating!

In this release, we’ve added the notification center for customers to receive in-app notifications about discounts, promotions, and updates. All notifications will be saved in the notification center and the pinned ones will be shown on the home screen until read.
