app keeps freezing up so I don't get my star for completing that level or I watch a video to obtain stuff to help with the game then after watching the video the app will freeze so I don't receive any rewards and have to restart the app. this has happened multiple times now and it takes a lot of levels to complete a stage so every level is needed. I feel like I'm watching a thousand videos and getting nowhere.

purchasing the ad removal does nothing but stop the constant pop-up to buy it, there werent many ads to begin with....you still get pop ups and don't expect to complete levels and change clothes every other phrase without spending a lot. I'd kinda liked the concept of the game initially, till hitting the ridiculous to pass levels.

awful game and customer support never responds these people are money hungry 😡 I hit level 1,754 and it no longer switches the pieces after you run out of moves so either you're going to spend money on boosters or you're going to quit and restart which makes you lose everything. don't waste your time there are better games.
