Decent place to buy refurbished gear, but hard to find what you need. Awful search filters. When I try to find a laptop I cannot search for screen size, resolution, if it's touchscreen, has a backlit keyboard or specific type of processor or even operating system. fix your awful search options to make it worth shopping using the mobile app without getting a headache. And what's worse is that the descriptions when you click on an item are super vague sometimes as well. making you search.

A lot of unexpected issues trying to use the app. Returned the phone as I was unimpressed with the quality, and it's seemingly impossible to cancel the additional insurance policy I took out. Customer service agent is directing me to options that simply don't exist on my app. The entire process has been infuriating

worst experience ever you send in your products and you won't get what you are told. items were damaged in transit somehow, price dropped by 2/3 of original offer. you can't not have insurance paid by UPS. so you get stuck with taking their offer because what are you going to do with something that is broken now. I hate this place it's been 3 weeks and still have not received any type of payment and they won't return my device. if anyone reads this do not use this site. Just throw it away.
