Before I updated the app I logged into my google and it had my saved progress. Noticed there was a new update and downloaded it, I had to sign back in but when I signed in, MY PROGRESS WAS LOST! There is a ton of ads and what's worse is that it's $9.99 a WEEK to get rid of ads. Not per month, per week! If you want to charge so much to get rid of ads at least restore my progress instead of making me start back at square one.

"Tap the gift to watch a video and get a free letter" seriously!? I already get interrupted enough with ridiculously long ads I have no control over, now I have to watch another as soon as the first word is being picked? Even though I had to sit through an ad before the game even started so that I could be able to play. I am sitting through ads more than I am actually playing & this game has become worse than a chore. Almost all new changes have to do with more ads being put into the game.

I've had Word Cookies and Word Cookies Cross downloaded onto my last 5 or 6 Samsung Galaxy mobiles I love playing them daily and it's so easy just to fit a game in within a few mins of spare time, but I wish Cookie Cross had the same themes and contests/events as Word Cookies. I also agree it's not fair that you've cut the winning coins down especially as the coin packs have increased. Apart from that I luv this game so much. I'd be bored without it!
