I paused all the thermostats for the summer and today wanted to turn them off and... I got infinite "Almost done ..." message in the app and nothing else works. I even deleted all the data, re-connected to the controller and still have "Almost done ...". Ridiculus how bad the software from Bosch is. Every time I have problems either after MANDATORY updates, or even just after summer pause.

Very positively impressed. Beginning was bumpy as no phone wanted to connect with the controller. After some basic troubleshooting and prompt support everything turned into what I expected from a Bosch series of Products.

Nice app and features but lacking: - a way to customize the hours of switching on/off lights in the presence simulation feature, - receive alarm and other notifications by sms and maybe email too. I received alarm notification of robbery only 1h after it happened. After 6 years of use: erratic network state, buggy updates bricked my 1st controller, still get network issues with new one, definitely not reliable.
