Unlocked a chest. Didn't get the rewards. Contacted support with a bunch of questions. They didn't answer the question and had a bunch of excuses ready for why they couldn't give me my rewards. This game is extremely pay to win. All events will be won by players who have been playing and paying since the beginning. Free to play players have barely any content. Everything is expensive and it can take weeks before you make any progress after which you have to wait weeks again. Nt worth th trouble

Game balances are unfair for those that cannot spend $100+ weekly on a game. Resource collection is painfully slow, I can see paid progression is really being pushed. The percentage of the recruitment draw isn't good. Again, the game pushes to purchase hero shards which makes progression near impossible for mythical hero's. great game, painfully slow progression without micro transactions. read their generic response of "oh but our game is free" yes but you're missing the point.

I like the gameplay and design but, they really want you to watch 2min ads on your screen and want you to buy the passes for everything and I mean every pass, and you can't join a guild early so you can't make friends or get help and you also can't make a guild without spending real money. they give you good rng in the beginning then it dies. It's 100% a pay to win game, free to play players will get stuck 1000% 💀
