If you're ever playing this game, don't even think of uninstalling it if you don't wanna loose your progress, I uninstalled it one time and installed it again just for my hard word to disappear, the log in system is so bad. The servers switch everytime which makes you loose your progress if you don't remember the past server you played on. I grinded for a long time just for it to disappear like that? It doesn't when automatically log in to your old server, just simply chooses a new one

Everything was going well until the latest server merge, now I can't even get in the game. You must not want people to pay or play?. what a puzzling business strategy. My level 400+ account has reset to level 0. After a year away from the game due to school commitments, I decided to install it again because I missed it. Upon starting the game and confirming the server, I was prompted to choose a character. Although my character was level 400+ on the selected server, I had to choose a different character because my original character had been reset. I don't know what the developers are doing with their game, but I think they are resetting accounts.
