After a couple years of absence I decided to come back. I liked the game still and wanted to invest. Made a single test purchase; didn't receive my order, contacted support and after almost a week of useless contact they come back to me to tell me (summary) "indeed you didn't receive what your ordered, fix it yourself." Excuse me? I'll never invest another penny in this game. But without spending money this game is tediously long and it's a matter of little time before you get bored and move on.

I've been playing this game for about 5 years now but recently there has been some sort of bug in it where I'm currently stuck inside of a guild wars match that I can't seem to exit from even though that guild war is over. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times but no matter what, it continues taking me inside that match that I can't flee from. I've reached out to support multiple times and they continue giving me the runaround, and that's when they even respond at all. Yall suk

was able to play game for 10 years without issue. then suddenly earlier this month I get stuck in a guild challenge mission I can't get out of, just like another reviewer posted. constantly getting ghosted by tech support. then one email says there was a problem with them migrating to a new ticketing service so if I hadn't gotten a response in 2 days I need to submit a new ticket. I did that and got told it was being closed as I already had an open ticket (which hasn't been responded to)
