Used to be Superb- now, not so much. Prices have risen massively and lots of things continually out of stock but the main issue I regularly have is the poor delivery service. They use the absolutely terrible Evri. So no updates, takes days to arrive with zero information and then you have to play " hunt the package". It's gotten so bad that I now look to Amazon for pet supplies. I used to really rate Bitiba but not any more š

uncomplicated, huge choice, good customer care, fair prices but (!) it takes sometimes too long to get the order. that's a big minus

Best prices, quick delivery, easy to order. Never go anywhere else. Also there is a loyalty card scheme where you can get money off your dog food with 16 stamps. Still here years later the service never changes. Always excellent. š
